and preparation for external certification audits and maintain consistent field coverage across all active projectsCoach foremen and superintendents on their weekly H&S; documentation (toolbox talks, daily hazard assessments, and site inspections) and follow up to keep compliance highDrive daily equipment and driver inspection completionQualificationsPost-secondary education in occupational health and safety, environmental studies, or equivalent field experience that demonstrates real safety program ownershipHands-on experience in construction safety, with heavy civil, underground utilities, or municipal infrastructure experience a strong differentiatorWorking knowledge of the OHSA and O.
