Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, skilled, and detail-oriented Part Time Night Auditor to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities
Greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor upon arrival and departure.
Be present at front desk counter through out the shift.
Perform efficient check-in and check-out procedures using property management systems.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously.
Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
Complete nightly audit procedures and balance all daily revenue transactions.
Reconcile cash, credit card, and other payment methods in accordance with hotel policies.
Generate and distribute daily operational and financial reports.




Monitor hotel activity during overnight hours and maintain a protected and secure setting for guests and team members.
Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Uphold Hilton brand standards and service excellence.

Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Knowledge of hotel property management systems (Pep, OnQ) is an asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Professional appearance and positive attitude

Schedule & Hours
Part‑time, approximately 16 hours per week.
Over night shifts, typically 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
Weekends and holidays.

Experience:
Hilton Hotel: 1 year (preferred)
Night audit: 1 year (required)
