Order Desk / Administrative Assistant Part Time A Bread Affair is looking for an experienced administrative professional to join our Order Desk team. This is a busy, fast-paced role involving customer orders, multiple computer systems, problem-solving, and changing priorities throughout the day. The required shifts are Tuesday & Thursday.

Responsibilities:
Process and update customer orders accurately
Respond to customer emails and calls professionally
Enter and maintain data, spreadsheets, and records
Communicate order changes with internal teams
Assist with inventory, ordering, and customer issues
Manage multiple priorities and resolve routine problems independently

Qualifications:
Previous office or administrative experience required
Robust computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
Working knowledge of Excel and Word, including basic Excel formulas
Comfortable with basic computer functions, keyboard shortcuts,



and file management
Solid written communication and attention to detail
Organized, accurate, and able to manage multiple tasks at once

Please note: We will train you on our specific systems, but applicants must already have solid basic computer skills.

Job Types: Part time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00 per hour
