At J & V Physiotherapy, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. We are a welcoming and friendly team, helping our clients recover. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional therapeutic services to clients, helping them relieve stress and pain. As a Massage Therapist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall well-being of our clients

Responsibilities
Perform individualized massage therapy treatments for a variety of musculoskeletal conditions.
Assess client conditions by reviewing medical histories and conducting thorough consultations to determine appropriate treatment plans.
Maintain a clean and organized treatment area to ensure a safe and welcoming workplace for clients.
Appropriate documentation notes as to college standards.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and any specific areas of concern during sessions.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation procedures.

Experience




Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
Valid qualified liability insurance.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred to facilitate communication regarding client health conditions.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clear understanding between therapist and client.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
A passion for holistic health and wellness with a commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of massage therapy.

Pay: $36.67-$95.90 per hour
