Provide personal care in line with individual care plans
Support nurses in meeting patients' day-to-day needs
Facilitate organized activities for residents’ engagement




Monitor and report on patient wellbeing and behaviors
Ensure a secure and supportive living workplace for residents Requirements:
Active registration or eligibility to practice as an HCA in Alberta
Completion of health care aide certification within 18 months
Preferred experience in geriatric nursing
Knowledge of dementia care best practices
