You will:Respond to lease inquiries and assess feasibility based on tenant use and potential conflicts.Evaluate financial credibility of prospective tenants for approval.Gather and provide necessary information to assist agents in presenting properties.Arrange property viewings and consultations with potential tenants.Work with Tenant Coordinator to determine finishing specifications and lease rates.Recommend and discuss lease rates and terms for executive approval.Prepare and present lease proposals based on approved terms.Negotiate leases and coordinate with legal counsel to resolve issues.Ensure vacant units are presentable and meet landlord standards.Maintain leasing website with available units and accurate information.What you bring to the jobTo excel in this role, you must have the following qualities:A high school diploma and/or college diploma or university degree ideally in Business, Real Estate, or MarketingA minimum of 2-4 years of experience in real estate, ideally in retail leasingProficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and ExcelKnowledge and experience with Yardi Voyager would be an assetUnderstanding, knowledge, and experience in reading lease documentation and zoning by-lawsStrong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAttention to detail and upholding the utmost accuracyValid Driver's License and access to a vehicle for property visits within the GTAQualified job seekers are asked to apply with attention to Rhiannon Bodman.I really look forward to hearing from you, but please understand that I will only be contacting those that are applicable for the role!Options Consulting Solutions is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from all individuals.
