This position is responsible for leading and inspiring store team to achieve sales growth and provide optimal customer service.As a store manager you will:Lead and drive the team to achieve store business objectives.Generate sales to achieve individual and collective sales target by applying outstanding service: Maximize selling opportunity. Monitor customer service level at brand standard. Derive action plans with team for improvements.Keep track on Retail KPIs and prevailing market information.
