Registered Physiotherapist Job in Orleans, Ontario Expert Physio Plus is hiring for a Registered Physiotherapist job in Orleans, Ontario, and we're looking for a clinician, new grad or experienced, who wants to build a caseload within an established, growing practice. For over nine years, Expert Physio Plus has provided personalized care across three clinics in Orléans, Ottawa, and Carleton Place, and this role comes with a steady flow of new patients and strong ties to the local community already in place. As the practice continues to grow, you'll have real room to grow your own caseload alongside it.

A Multidisciplinary Team Built on Evidence-Based Care You'll join a team that includes physiotherapists, chiropractors, osteopathic manual therapists, massage therapists, and a podiatrist, all working from the same core values: patient-centred care, evidence-based practice, compassion and support, and continuous learning. The clinic's mission is to help patients restore function, reduce pain, and return to active lifestyles through personalized, evidence-based treatment, and every provider on the team is expected to help bridge the gap between healthcare and rehabilitation for the people they see. Room to Practice at the Top of Your Scope Day to day, you'll assess and treat clients, build personalized treatment plans around their goals, and document care according to college guidelines. There are no double-booked treatments here, and full administrative support — reception, booking, invoicing, and billing — is handled for you,



so your time stays focused on patient care rather than logistics. You'll also take part in practitioner development meetings that look honestly at compliance and performance, and use that feedback to shape the training and mentorship that will help you grow.

Compensation is designed to grow with you too: you'll start at a competitive hourly rate, with the opportunity to move to a fee-for-service split as your caseload builds. Clinical mentoring is available for new graduates and for clinicians looking to add certifications, and you'll get regular support building your caseload rather than being left to figure it out alone. Combined with education allowances and paid onboarding, it's a setup built for someone who wants to keep developing clinically over the long term.

Compensation:

$45–$57 CAD per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Qualifications:

Licensed and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO)

Appropriate liability insurance

Flexibility to work mornings and evenings as needed

Strong communication skills and engagement

Patient experience-focused with a team player mindset

Manual therapy levels, acupuncture, IMS, dry needling, concussion, or vestibular rehabilitation certification or knowledge would be an asset

Pelvic floor treatment certification would be an asset

Responsibilities:

Assess and treat clients

Understand each client's medical history, symptoms, and long-term goals

Communicate the benefits of physiotherapy to clients

Develop and communicate clear, personalized treatment plans based on each client's goals

Accurately document client condition and progress per college guidelines

Communicate with clarity, empathy, and respect with patients, their families,



and team members

Participate in practitioner development meetings to review compliance and performance and identify training needs
