FoodWork is seeking an experienced farmer to take over the management and operation of a one-acre organic market garden on a 50-acre organic farm, located about 5 km from Elora. The role involves leading the garden’s day-to-day work and coordinating with Rob to ensure a smooth transition.

The position offers a base salary plus profit sharing, with possibilities for locating an RV or house trailer on site and longer-term arrangements to be negotiated.
