In this role, you’ll build robust, self‑service platforms that empower developers to ship faster, operate confidently, and deliver value with minimal friction.As aSenior Platform Development Engineer, you will play a critical role in codifying infrastructure, expanding self‑service capabilities, and driving operational excellence across our platform ecosystem. This is a hands‑on engineering position for someone who thrives on execution, automation, and continuous improvement.What You’ll Do:Design and implement scalable self‑service capabilities across our engineering platformsImprove developer experience by simplifying onboarding, deployment, and operational workflowsTranslate architectural designs into production‑grade implementationsDrive platform reliability, security, and performance improvements aligned with industry best practicesMaintain our platforms using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration managementCollaborate with Tech Leads, developers, and operations teams to ensure platform capabilities meet evolving business needsParticipate in support rotation, including occasional after‑hours response, to maintain platform stabilityMaintain clear technical documentation to support knowledge sharing and platform adoptionMentor and guide junior engineers, raising overall engineering standardsWhat We’re Looking For:5+ years in platform engineering, DevOps,
