Prepare and execute formulations for powder coating development
Weigh and blend raw materials correctly
Conduct polymer processing tasks effectively




Operate lab-scale equipment according to protocols
Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and quality standards Requirements:
DEC in Chemistry, Materials Science, or equivalent
Minimum of one year in a related lab workplace
Bilingual: English and French proficiency
Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
