Take on a critical role as a Pharmacist in our Acute Care Pharmacy, focusing on drug distribution and enhancing patient care. This is an excellent chance to make a difference in hospital pharmacy services. We are looking for a dedicated Pharmacist to join our Acute Care Pharmacy team.

Key responsibilities will include dispensing medications, providing patient consultations, and engaging in drug-related inquiries. You'll also participate in the education of both students and multidisciplinary staff while managing the automated dispensing unit. Key Responsibilities:
Clarify and enter physician orders accurately
Oversee medication dispensing processes by technicians
Conduct patient counselling and provide pharmaceutical guidance
Involvement in multidisciplinary team rounds and education
Participate in safety report processes and pharmacy committees Requirements:
Valid licensure from the Ontario College of Pharmacists
Background in Acute Care Pharmacy preferred
Robust ability to work under pressure
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
