Gold Leaf Pastries is looking for an experienced, motivated Full-Time Pastry Cook to join our kitchen team.
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys baking and pastry, takes pride in their work, and understands the importance of quality, consistency and presentation.
The right person will:
Have professional baking/pastry experience
Be comfortable working in a busy production kitchen
Have strong attention to detail
Be organized and able to work efficiently
Work well as part of a team
Be dependable and willing to work weekends
Take pride in producing high-quality pastries and baked goods
Experience with the following is an asset:
Croissants
Tarts
Cakes and cake sponges
Buttercream
Cookies and bars
Muffins and scones
Pastry production
