As a member of a dedicated team of anesthesiologists, you will be instrumental in providing anesthesia for a high volume of cardiac surgeries, exceeding 600 annually.

The role includes offering pre-operative consultations, operating in the Cardiac Surgery ICU, and engaging in academic teaching prospects. Support advanced strategies like ECMO as you work in a leading cardiac program in the Okanagan. Key Responsibilities:
Administer anesthesia for comprehensive cardiac surgery
Conduct thorough pre-operative evaluations for patients




Manage post-operative care within the Cardiac Surgery ICU
Facilitate TEE guidance for complex surgical cases
Collaborate on ECMO and mechanical support protocols Requirements:
Fellowship trained in Anesthesiology, TEE certified
Proven expertise in cardiac care settings
Capable of fulfilling call duties and pain management
Desire to contribute to educational programs
