Horlings Garden Centre seeks an experienced Landscape Foreman to take charge of cutting-edge projects across the Kawartha’s. We require a self-starter with robust leadership and onsite project management skills. As the Landscape Foreman, you will lead a crew in transforming landscapes while maintaining a commitment to environmental sustainability.

Your role will include ensuring the timely delivery of projects, supervising equipment upkeep, and communicating effectively with the Landscape Manager about progress and challenges. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise projects ensuring schedule adherence
Direct and inspire crew members during tasks
Collaborate with the Landscape Manager for seamless project execution
Maintain and repair equipment as needed
Keep projects on budget and monitor progress Requirements:
Solid understanding of planting, concrete, and carpentry
Background in customer service is key
High expectations for team operation and performance
Ensure all equipment is maintained efficiently
