Oversee job costing and budget establishment
Prepare monthly financial draw requests and reconciliations
Manage budget variance analysis and report trends
Coordinate vendor-related invoices and payments
Generate timely financial reporting packages Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
3+ years accounting experience, solid job cost focus
Proficient understanding of GAAP principles
