Execute basic maintenance tasks across buildings
Assemble and repair furniture and fixtures
Conduct basic electrical and plumbing maintenance
Assist with preventive maintenance checks
Keep work areas clean and hazard-free Requirements:
Graduation from high school or equivalent
Experience in carpentry and plumbing is helpful
Must hold a valid driver's license
CPR/First Aid certification preferred
