As the backbone of our Hospitality team and reporting to the Member Experience Manager, you'll engage with residents and visitors, facilitating their requests and inquiries. Your role is vital in maintaining the integrity and professionalism of the Allbright experience.

Key Responsibilities
Greet residents and guests with courtesy and warmth
Manage booking requests and transportation arrangements
Field inquiries regarding amenities and community services
Coordinate deliveries and manage reception operations
Document and address maintenance requests promptly

Requirements:
Two years of customer service or concierge experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Solid relationship-building and communication skills
Proficiency in managing priorities effectively
Capability to adopt recent technologies quickly
