Role Description This part-time, contract based Audio Visual Technician role is based in Calgary, AB. The Audio Visual Technician will be responsible for new installs, and service calls maintaining our client's existing projects and integrations at our restaurants, bars, churches, and more.

Qualifications

- Ability to travel to site visits and work on most A/V equipment and gear. Low voltage work.
- Strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve audio, video, and connectivity issues in real time.
- Experience installing,



and troubleshooting Audio, video, and basic IT infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with tools, TV's, mounts, speakers, amplifiers, projectors, speakers and speaker mounts and network/data cable.
- Relevant experience in Production Installation, AV support, or Technical Support is an asset
- Ability to lift and move AV equipment safely and work on-site for extended periods as needed. This includes ladders, and small lifts from time to time.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse clients and team members.
- Robust attention to detail, time management, and readiness to adapt to changing event requirements.
- Post-secondary education or certification in audio, visual, or media technologies is considered an advantage.

Salary Compensation

- $45-65/hr. compensation, with travel time accomodations.
