You will take ownership of client engagements, develop meaningful client relationships, and playan important rolein supporting and mentoring junior team members.This opportunity is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is looking to continue building technicalexpertisewhile making a meaningful impact on client success.In this role, you will:Prepare and review compilation engagements, review engagements, and working paper files for private company clientsPrepare corporate,partnership returns,personaland trust income tax returns,and related tax compliance filingsAssistclients with accounting, financial reporting,



and business advisory mattersBuild andmaintainstrong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional client serviceIdentifyissues, provide practical solutions, and elevate complex matters to Managers and Partners as appropriateManage multiple client engagements and competing priorities while meeting deadlines andmaintainingquality standardsMentor and support Accountants and junior team members through coaching, technical guidance, and file reviewsCollaborate with Managers and Partners to deliver high-quality client service and contribute to engagement successStay current with accounting standards, tax legislation, and industry developmentsWhat You BringCPA designation or enrollment in the CPA Professional Education Program (PEP)Minimum 3–5 years of public practice experience, preferably serving private company clientsStrong technical knowledge of accounting standards, financial statement preparation, and tax complianceExperience preparing and reviewing compilationsand review engagement filesProficiencypreparing corporate and personal income tax returnsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted client relationshipsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a deadline-driven environmentA collaborative, client-focused,
