Operating from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM, you will develop essential skills and contribute to our mission of facilitating fair claims settlements across Canada. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a skilled manner
Scan and upload documents as per assessment dates
Follow up with clients to obtain necessary documents
Check for duplicates and privacy compliance
Monitor workload queues to meet departmental deadlines Requirements:
