You will guide a team of around 11 employees, emphasizing training and adherence to standard processes. Your leadership will drive secure, cost-effective manufacturing while interfacing with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Materials to meet production targets. Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily production activities and maintain schedules
Train staff on quality and safety processes
Ensure accurate production recording via MES/SAP
Uphold compliance with all safety practices
Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline operations Requirements:
6+ years in a supervisory or operational capacity
Proven ability in mechanical and production environments
