O'Dell HVAC Group in Ottawa's Nepean office is seeking an Inside Sales Representative. You will respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate prospects from inquiry to order fulfillment, working with engineers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progression.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will manage pricing, lead times, and customer communications while maintaining ERP/CRM data and supporting submittals.
