The Student Advising

Supervisor works under the Student Success Centre Manager, leading a dedicated team while facilitating vital student services related to academic policies and career support. Your position will involve engaging with students to foster success, oversee critical advising processes, and implement effective recruitment strategies. Additionally, you'll gather and analyze data to continuously improve services. Key Responsibilities:
Directly supervise a team of advisors and support staff
Advise students on program requirements and course registration




Manage academic appeals and records updates
Oversee career consultations and job preparedness
Develop strategies for student onboarding and engagement Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
At least 3 years in an educational setting
Robust communication and organizational abilities
Proficient in MS Office and online tools
