Nanoose Bay Cafe is seeking an experienced Sous Chef with leadership to join our culinary team. Working alongside the Chef de Cuisine, the Sous Chef will help lead the kitchen, maintain high standards of food quality and execution, and ensure the kitchen is prepared for successful service.
The ideal candidate has 4+ years in high-volume kitchens, 3+ years in leadership, and solid organizational and communication skills.
