Executive AssistantChilliwack, BC | Full-Time$65,000 - $68,000 dependent on experienceRuth & Naomi's Mission is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Executive Assistant to work closely with our Executive Director and support the rhythm of leadership and Board governance across our organization.This isn't a role for someone who simply waits for the next task. We're looking for a true thought partner who anticipates what's needed, takes ownership, keeps priorities moving, and brings clarity and follow-through to a complex, fast-moving environment.Because this position works closely with the Executive Director, Board of Directors, and senior leadership, it also carries a significant level of trust and access to confidential information. Strong judgment, discretion, integrity, and professional boundaries are essential.What You'll DoProactively manage the Executive Director's calendar, priorities, scheduling, and follow-upAnticipate needs, surface decisions and action items, and help keep key priorities moving forwardPrepare agendas, briefing materials, reports, presentations, and other leadership documentationCoordinate Board meetings, prepare Board packages, attend meetings, and take accurate minutesTrack Board, leadership, and organizational action items through to completionCoordinate organizational projects and leadership initiatives, including timelines and deliverablesSupport communication and information flow between the Executive Director, Board, leadership, and other stakeholdersMaintain organized and appropriately secured Board and leadership recordsHandle sensitive Board, leadership, employee,



and organizational information with exceptional discretion and confidentialityProvide administrative and project support to the Executive Director and leadership teamWhat You'll BringExperience providing executive-level or senior administrative supportExperience supporting senior leadership teams or Board processes is strongly preferredExperience handling highly confidential and sensitive information in a professional environmentStrong organization and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting demandsExcellent written communication, document preparation, and attention to detailStrong critical thinking and an ability to anticipate needs rather than waiting for directionExceptional discretion, judgment, integrity, and professional boundariesStrong sense of ownership and accountability with consistent follow-throughAbility to confidently navigate a complex organization and communicate professionally across different levelsStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new technology and systemsExperience within a nonprofit, faith-based, or complex organizational environment is considered an assetOur Christian EnvironmentRuth & Naomi's Mission is a Christian faith-based organization,
