ACS is looking for a Senior Estimator to manage project estimates and sales pipeline activities. This hybrid role includes client engagement and site visits, primarily in Canmore. In this role, you'll need a robust background, with at least 5 years of estimating experience, to spearhead the cost estimation process from conceptual stages to finalized budgets.

Your responsibilities will include preparing client proposals, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating with fellow team members to ensure project accuracy and feasibility. Solid communication skills are essential for navigating discussions with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Develop accurate cost estimates from conceptual budgeting to tender process
Track and manage opportunities in the sales pipeline




Coordinate trade tendering and manage contractor relationships
Assess drawings and specifications for constructability and compliance
Document risks and assumptions for each estimate Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction estimating
Post-secondary qualification in relevant fields such as Construction Management
Familiarity with CCDC contracts is advantageous
Robust communication and multitasking abilities
