Lyft is seeking a Business Systems Lead for Payroll & Time to drive the global Dayforce migration across 12–15 countries, within People Technology. You will own requirements, governance, and vendor management, partnering with Payroll Ops, Legal, HR and Finance to shape the program.

Based in Toronto on a hybrid schedule, you will work with an experienced operations team and an external SI, translating policy into system configurations and ensuring compliant, scalable payroll and time delivery.
