What you will be doing:

E-Commerce and Website
Take day-to-day ownership of our nopCommercewebsite workplace.
Manage product pages, categories, specifications, images, downloads and content.
Improve navigation, search, landing pages, account registration, quote requests and conversion.
Coordinate and manage external developers for changes requiring coding or deeper technical expertise.
Continuously improve the customer experience based on data rather than aesthetics alone.

SEO & Analytics
Manage Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console.
Improve technical and on-page SEO.
Monitor indexing, metadata, structured data, internal linking, site searches and page performance.
Identify products and categories customers are searching for and turn those insights into commercial opportunities.

Revenue Operations
Help implement and manage FDL’s CRM/lead-management process.
Ensure digital inquiries and leads are assigned, followed up and tracked.
Build dashboards showing:
leads by source;
quotations and quote value;
quote-to-order conversion;
sales by channel/campaign;




customer activity;
e-commerce performance; and
unresolved prospects.
Work with Sales and Customer Service to improve lead follow-up and conversion.

Digital Sales Growth
Work with Marketing to measure the effectiveness of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and email campaigns.
Build campaign landing pages and conversion paths.
Help develop FDL’s Project Direct online sales model for larger commercial orders.
Identify prospects to increase repeat purchases, reactivate customers and improve online sales.
Test automation and AI tools where they can measurably improve sales productivity.

What you must have:
B2B or B2C e-commerce management;
nopCommerce strongly preferred
other complex platforms such as Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce or comparable systems;
GA4, Google Tag Manager and Search Console;
technical and on-page SEO;
CRM and lead-management systems;
conversion-rate optimization;
website analytics and dashboards;
product/catalogue data management;
email and digital campaign attribution;
HTML/CSS fundamentals;
APIs, integrations or marketing automation.
