Duties
Design and assemble a wide variety of floral arrangements, including bouquets, centerpieces, corsages, and event decorations, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and aesthetic appeal
Assist customers by understanding their needs, offering expert advice on floral choices, care instructions.
Maintain the freshness and appearance of flowers through proper handling, hydration, and rotation to minimize waste
Manage inventory levels for flowers, foliage, containers, and accessories; coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment




Support merchandising efforts by creating attractive displays that highlight seasonal themes and promote sales
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and e-commerce orders
Provide excellent customer service through explicit communication, active listening, and friendly engagement to foster loyalty and repeat business

Qualifications
Two Years Experience in floral design
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple orders efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of plant care
Excellent communication skills in English are essential; additional language skills are advantageous
Experience with e-commerce platforms helps manage online orders seamlessly
Must be able to work independently and with a team
Must be available days,nights,weekends and extended hours at seasonal holidays and off site set up locations
Must be a multitasking individual
Must be able to take orders, place orders with suppliers, complete all orders.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
