In your role as a Registered Practical Nurse, you will report to the Director of Care and be pivotal in delivering essential nursing services.
You'll have the chance to interact meaningfully with residents while leading a team focused on exceptional care standards. Your contributions will help build a nurturing environment for both residents and staff. Key Responsibilities:
Create and adjust individualized care plans for residents
Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
Lead and evaluate PSW team activities
Keep accurate records of resident care
Facilitate effective communication with residents and families Requirements:
Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Experience in long-term care is beneficial
Robust interpersonal and communication skills
RAI-MDS certification needed within one year
Explicit vulnerable sector check and recent TB test required Support our residents through skilled and compassionate nursing at Wellington Park Care Centre.
