Your effective management and collaboration with other regional leads will be crucial in delivering consistent results and implementing best practices across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the CAD/BIM team in Ontario effectively
Lead team meetings and mentorship sessions
Handle hiring, training, and performance reviews
Promote water discipline guidelines and best practices
Support quality project execution across types Requirements:
Extensive CAD/BIM leadership experience
Robust interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to mentor and develop teams
