About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Merchandising Coordinator to support their FMCG brand presence in retail environments. This fully remote position allows you to contribute to strategic visual merchandising and product placement efforts from anywhere. You will play a key role in ensuring that products are displayed attractively and effectively in stores, aligning with brand guidelines and sales objectives. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for visual presentation, a strong understanding of retail dynamics, and the ability to coordinate effectively with field teams and retailers to execute merchandising strategies that drive sales and enhance brand visibility. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the implementation of merchandising plans and visual display standards across various retail channels for FMCG products. Develop and distribute planograms and visual merchandising guidelines to field teams and retail partners. Monitor in-store product presentation and brand visibility, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement. Liaise with sales teams, marketing departments, and external vendors to ensure timely execution of merchandising initiatives.



Analyze sales data and retail performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of merchandising strategies and identify areas for optimization. Maintain an organized system for tracking merchandising materials, store audits, and campaign execution. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Retail Management, or a related field. Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in merchandising coordination , visual merchandising, or a related role within the FMCG industry. Strong understanding of retail environments, product placement, and visual display principles. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for creating reports and presentations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with remote teams and stakeholders. Benefits
