The Packaging Operator is responsible for performing manual and/or basic machine-assisted packaging of finished goods in a manufacturing environment. This role ensures products are packaged accurately, safely, and efficiently while meeting quality standards and production targets.Key Responsibilities:Package finished products according to company specifications and production schedulesInspect products for defects, damage, or inconsistencies before packagingLabel, seal, and prepare items for shipment or storageMaintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety and hygiene standardsFollow standard operating procedures (SOPs)



and work instructionsReport any product quality issues or equipment concerns to the supervisorAssist with basic setup or changeover of packaging materials as requiredEnsure accurate counts and proper documentation of packaged goodsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is an assetAbility to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasksStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsGood communication and teamwork skillsWorking Conditions:Fast-paced manufacturing environmentMay require lifting, bending, and standing for long periodsKey Skills:Attention to detailTime managementReliability and consistencyAbility to work in a team workplace
