This opportunity is ideal if you're someone who wants to grow your career as an IT expert, enjoys geeking out on the latest tech hardware/software releases, and are passionate about helping others.What you'll be doingDiagnosing and resolving tickets within client service level agreement time frameDiagnosing and replacing major hardware components for standard Windows and Apple devicesMaintaining all required Apple & Lenovo certifications and training programsConfiguring and customizing Windows and Mac setups for clientsPerforming the above functions onsite at client sites and in-lab at Venture's officeManaging communication between vendors and other third-parties as requiredDocumenting ticket progress and resolution notes for client billing or reviewActing as the liaison between the account and technical team to clients when requiredMeeting client service level agreement targets while maintaining a high level of client serviceSupporting technician and account teams to ensure client satisfactionWorking with the team lead to identify opportunities to improve our hardware repair teamPerforming other tasks, based on management requirementsWhat are the requirements1+ years of experience in a hardware technician role diagnosing and repairing hardware issues in PC and Apple devicesSupport knowledge of PC hardware,
