Support the Enhancement of Patient Safety with CHEO as a Project Coordinator focused on child and family partnerships. Drive the development and implementation of creative safety initiatives. In this role, the Project Coordinator will manage and coordinate activities related to patient safety projects under CHEO’s initiatives.

From supporting root cause analyses to developing educational materials on safety habits, your expertise will play a crucial role in improving the standard of care provided to children and families. Robust organizational and communication skills are essential for this position. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing patient safety initiatives
Develop and refine project schedules and deliverables




Ensure timely communication of project information
Coordinate safety incident reports and analyses
Create educational materials to promote safety awareness Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Health Sciences preferred
Minimum three years relevant experience required
Robust communication skills, English essential
Proficient with project management tools
Criminal Record Check Level 1 is mandatory Contribute to transforming pediatric health standards through safety initiatives at CHEO.
