About the Chance
Process and apply customer payments to outstanding invoices.
Review and validate customer remittances and resolve payment discrepancies.
Prepare bank deposits and reconcile cash accounts.
Process customer direct deposit requests and maintain accurate records.
Provide backup support to the Cash Applications/Accounts Receivable team.
Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as required.

About You
Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance or a related field, or equivalent experience.
1+ year of experience in Accounting, Accounts Receivable or Cash Applications.
Solid attention to detail, accuracy and numerical skills.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.




Experience with BlackLine or similar accounting systems is an asset.

Pay Range

$22 - $24 / hour
