Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM Start Date: ASAP Handle approximately 30 inbound customer calls per day, providing qualified and customer-focused support. Assist with sales support and customer order processing, including entering and processing orders in the system. Answer customer questions, provide product/service information, and resolve inquiries efficiently.
Work comfortably with a headset while entering information into the system simultaneously. Maintain accurate customer and order information with solid attention to detail. Communicate effectively with customers and work collaboratively within a small team of two.
Strong computer, email, typing, and data-entry skills. Pleasant, qualified, and customer-focused approach. Previous customer service, inside sales, or order-processing experience is an asset.
