The rate of pay is expected to be between $110K-$150K - Monday through Friday, daytime hours Position Summary:
Oversee core accounting functions, including financial reporting, reconciliations, journal entries, accounts payable approvals, utility billing reviews, and indirect tax remittances.
Prepare and coordinate annual financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and year-end processes for multiple organizations.
Monitor project costing, inventory transactions, and capital asset accounting to ensure financial accuracy and effective resource management.
Develop, review, and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls while identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies.
Provide financial analysis,



strategic insights, and performance measurement recommendations to support organizational decision-making and long‑term planning.
Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders to support budgeting, asset management, reporting, and special projects.
Present financial information and recommendations to senior leadership, governing bodies, and other stakeholders as required.
Provide leadership support and operational continuity in the absence of the senior finance executive.

Required Qualifications
Post‑secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field - CPA designation or equivalent skilled accounting experience - Min 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, including financial reporting and full‑cycle accounting - Solid understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, budgeting, and financial analysis - Advanced proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Robust leadership, communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills - Class 5 License and reliable vehicle Right People.
