Connective Support Society is seeking a dedicated outreach support worker to assist clients referred by funders, helping with adjustment to community life. The role requires crisis response experience, robust communication, and collaboration with the care team.

You will work 40 hours weekly, Tuesday to Saturday, with potential flexibility for program needs. A BC driver’s license and vehicle are required, and advantages align with the collective agreement.
