Ensure protected and comfortable donor experiences during donation
Manage registration and eligibility screening procedures
Accurately document blood product information




Set up mobile donor clinic equipment for events
Enhance donor experience through shared knowledge Requirements:
High school diploma; post-secondary education is a plus
1-year phlebotomy or related field experience
At least 3 years in a customer service role
Basic computer skills required; Microsoft Office knowledge is beneficial
