Assistants interpret customer service requests and gather relevant information to allow for quick and accurate processing of inquiries. They work closely with our underwriters and brokers to provide technical and administrative support to them.

Our Technical

Assistants are passionate about maintaining strong relationships with our underwriters and brokers – this means emails and phone calls don’t go unanswered. We want your talent!

If you are outstanding at:
Organizing and prioritize work assignments
Keyboarding and data entry
Identify and understand customer needs

If you have:
Previous experience in an office setting
Ease of working in an IT setting and using various systems
Data entry experience
Team-first mentality
French (mandatory), English an asset
