If you love developing new business, building long-term customer relationships, and helping organizations solve real sustainability problems—this role is for you.What You'll DoOwn a Property/Retail vertical and grow revenue with both current and existing customersRun a full-cycle B2B sales process from cold to closeBuild a strong pipeline through warm leads, cold outreach, and marketing campaignsDeliver compelling discovery calls, presentations, and Zoom demosDevelop annual sales plans and hit weekly/monthly KPIsTrack all activity in Salesforce and leverage it to drive efficiencyPartner closely with Inside Sales, Marketing, and leadershipAttend industry tradeshows and pursue large-scale RFP opportunitiesStrategically penetrate high‐value accountsWhat You Bring3–6 years of successful B2B sales experienceTrack record of growing revenue with both new and existing clientsStrong discovery,
