Become a vital part of our manufacturing team as a CNC Milling Setup Operator. This full time role seeks someone adept in CNC machining and setup, capable of ensuring precision and quality. We are in search of a skilled CNC Milling setup/operator who has a robust understanding of machining processes and CNC programming.
Candidates should have a minimum of two years of experience and be proficient with Fanuc control and Mastercam. A deep mechanical understanding will assist in effectively reading blueprints and troubleshooting machinery for optimal performance. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct CNC Milling setups and operations
Modify and program using Fanuc control
Interpret both G-code and M-code seamlessly
Set up tooling and prepare parts for testing
Use precision tools for accurate measurements Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in CNC Milling
Familiarity with Mastercam tools
Robust mechanical troubleshooting capabilities
Basic math knowledge for dimension calculations
