Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Painter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, stain, and coatings to a variety of surfaces, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet project specifications. Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality
Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other coatings using brushes, rollers, sprayers, or other tools with precision and efficiency
Follow detailed project plans and specifications to achieve desired color schemes and finishes
Inspect work regularly to identify imperfections or issues, making necessary touch-ups or corrections promptly
Maintain a clean work workplace by organizing tools and disposing of waste responsibly
Adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment to prevent accidents and health hazards




Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction

Skills
Proven experience as a qualified painter with a solid portfolio of completed projects
Excellent knowledge of surface preparation techniques and application methods for various coatings
Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, or project specifications accurately
Strong attention to detail with a focus on achieving smooth, even finishes
Valuable physical stamina and dexterity to perform repetitive tasks in various working conditions
Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients
Knowledge of safety standards related to painting materials and equipment
