Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Answer and manage incoming phone calls using phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel.
Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming workplace.
