Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Spray Painter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint and spraying it on walls or ceilings, ensuring they meet high quality standards and specifications. We already have a high quality spray machine and all the materials needed, just looking for a qualified who can apply the paint in a detailed manner and clean

Duties
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality
Operate spray painting equipment, including airless sprayers and HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure) systems, with precision and safety in mind
Mix paints, primers, and coatings according to specified formulas using basic math skills
Inspect finished products for consistency, color accuracy, and surface defects, making touch-ups as needed




Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times
Use hand tools and power tools for surface preparation and minor repairs before painting
Follow lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow efficiency and reduce waste

Experience
Prior experience in spray painting is preferred
Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment is essential
