Duties
Carefully assemble products using hand tools and mechanical knowledge to ensure quality standards are met
Operate forklifts safely to move materials and finished goods within the warehouse or production area
Package items securely to prevent damage during transit, following specified packaging guidelines
Conduct visual inspections of products for defects or inconsistencies before packaging
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency
Assist with inventory management by labeling, sorting, and documenting packaged goods
Use assembly techniques to prepare products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Experience
Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Familiarity with forklift operation and certification is a plus
Basic mechanical knowledge and experience with hand tools are advantageous
Solid understanding of packaging processes and quality control procedures
Previous assembly or production line experience is beneficial
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Comfortable using warehouse equipment such as hand tools, pallet jacks, and forklifts
