We are looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The CSR will be responsible for providing excellent service to customers, processing and following up on orders, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring that customer requirements are handled efficiently and professionally.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can manage multiple priorities, pay close attention to detail, and work effectively in a rapid-paced manufacturing workplace.

Qualifications

· 2–5 years of experience in customer service, order administration, inside sales, or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or B2B environment.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French.

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.





· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

· Skilled, positive, and customer-oriented attitude.

· Ability to work independently while also being an effective team member.
