Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries to foster a friendly atmosphere
Support daily operational tasks such as Preparing food and recipies, stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining cleanliness
Handle transactions accurately at the register, including processing payments and returns
Collaborate with team members to ensure the store or facility runs efficiently and meets customer needs
Maintain safety standards by following all health and safety protocols diligently
Assist in inventory management by receiving shipments and updating stock levels




Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively and supporting colleagues

Skills
Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour
Working under pressure
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail for handling transactions and maintaining organization
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and assist where needed
Basic math skills for processing payments accurately
Willingness to learn new procedures and embrace teamwork
Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required
